Christmas Eve Communion

St Andrews Church  Wednesday 24th December 2025 @11:15pm

We warmly invite you to join us for our traditional Midnight Communion service on Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24th December 2025, beginning at 11:15pm at St Andrew’s Church, Great Billing.

This cherished service is a peaceful and reflective way to welcome Christmas. As the busyness of the season settles, Christmas Day draws near. We gather together in the stillness of the night to celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ. The service will include well-loved carols and readings that tell the story of the Nativity. Also, the sharing of Holy Communion occurs as we greet the arrival of Christmas with reverence, joy, and hope.

The service begins at 11:15pm so that we share Communion together as the clock moves into midnight. This marks the start of Christmas Day. Whether you are a regular member of our congregation, returning to church at this special time of year, or joining us for the first time, you will be made very welcome.

Christmas Eve is a time of wonder, anticipation, and reflection. We hope this service will offer a moment of calm and meaning, a chance to pause, give thanks, and prepare our hearts for the celebration of Christ’s birth.

We look forward to celebrating this beautiful and sacred night with you.
